A native Virginian who walked away from Wall Street to fight for a system that works for everyone.
I'm a native of McLean, Virginia, born at the U.S. Naval Academy and raised in a military family. Growing up, we learned to live with crisis. I was a freshman in high school during the Virginia Tech shooting and the global financial collapse. My generation was defined by broken promises. And all the while, the same people were in charge. Making the same promises... and breaking them. I'm running for U.S. Senate because nothing in this country seems to work anymore. You feel it every single day. You can't afford a house, neither can I. You can't afford an education, I know what that's like. In Virginia, you can't even afford your electricity bill. You have to ask: How did we get here? It wasn't by accident. It was by choice. It happened because the system is designed for donors, not voters.

A free and fair society cannot exist if only a small elite are afforded the opportunity of higher education, while everyone else is burdened by rising tuition costs and student loans. I understand student loans. My vision is simple and revolutionary: AI will pay for free education in America. We will designate the largest data centers and AI compute facilities as critical infrastructure, setting up a national framework to regulate them. We will also tax their electricity use and revenue, to go into a National College Trust Fund, the "People's Trust Fund," that will directly benefit the people of this country. If you are willing to learn, there should always be a classroom for you to enter without fear of the tuition bill.
Free Community College for Life Whether you are 18 or 69, you can walk into a community college and enroll in class without tuition. Education is what uplifts a society, and everyone has the lifelong right to participate. A Debt-Free Path to a Degree Two years at community college and two years at any public university, with tuition guaranteed by the data center tithe for those who complete their programs. Free Tuition at Public HBCUs The institutions that have carried Black excellence for generations will be fully funded, uplifting groups that historically have not been given the same opportunities as others. A New National University The trust fund will seed the founding of a tuition-free public university to be the first truly Hispanic serving institution, Cesar Chavez University. This will give Hispanics a true path to power and an opportunity to learn in peace for four years.
The funding is simple: Compute Tithe on the Biggest Data Centers Tax the electricity consumption of Virginia's massive AI and data center facilities. High-End Hardware Fee Fee on advanced AI chips and specialized accelerators sold to these facilities. Royalty on Revenues Revenue share from the largest AI and cloud companies operating in Virginia. Together, these revenue streams will raise fifty to one-hundred billion dollars a year, building a trust fund of up to a trillion dollars over the next decade as AI scales.
Republic Ownership Act Ban Corporate Ownership We will ban corporate and institutional ownership of single-family homes. The deed to a house should be held by people, not corporations. No more of Blackstone buying your block while you're barely getting by renting out a corporate-owned apartment. The Key Credit $250K Tax Credit This is the largest and most transformative home ownership initiative of our generation. When a senior on social security sells their primary residence to a first-time home buyer, they will receive a refundable federal tax credit up to $250,000 in high-cost areas. This allows the senior seller to get the credit and accept a lower offer from a young family, while still coming out ahead.
