Kim spent over three decades in federal service, leading major financial reforms at agencies like the Department of Defense, US Department of Agriculture, the Office of Personal Management, and the White House, saving taxpayers billions. She later founded KTECH, a small business in financial management and cybersecurity, and holds patents for an American-made USB storage case. She is committed to government efficiency, small businesses, and national security.
Kim spent over 30 years working inside the federal government, where she led major financial reforms, cut waste, and saved taxpayers billions of dollars. Her roles included serving as chief accountant at the Office of Personnel Management, associate CFO at the Department of Agriculture, and CFO of the First Responder Network (FirstNet Authority), a public-private broadband network for first responders at the Department of Commerce. She also worked at the White House Office of Management and Budget, where she oversaw financial management policy for the entire federal government.
