Amanda earned a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Virginia Tech, an M.S. in Patient Counseling and an M.S.W. from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an M.Div. from Baptist Theological Seminary of Richmond. She was the first in her family to complete a four-year college degree.
